The Issaquah Sportsmen's Club is a 501(c)4
nonprofit organization. It is not actually "owned" by any one person.
Rather,
the Issaquah Sportsmen's Club is over seen by a Board of Directors.
These are voluntary unpaid positions, filled by Life Members of the
Club. They act as caretakers-- as a guardian is charged with
making decisions
in the best interests of his/her ward, the Board must act in the best
interests of the Range.
There is one paid employee, the Range Master.
The Board and Range Master provide the
basic structure, but enough cannot be said about the Life Members,
Annual Members and Non-Members who utilize the Club facilities. They
are the life-blood of the Club. These men and women donate time,
services, labour and supplies to the Range. (And they pay their fees
too, for which we are also grateful!)
